Project Manager Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our projects from initiation to closure. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 4-year Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in supplier management and capacity planning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Project.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, working 3 days a week in an office environment.

Education & Experience:

A 4-year Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of supplier-related experience is required. Previous client experience is a plus.
