Position Summary
This role is open to U.S. Citizens and Nationals, contributing to a collaborative environment that includes military personnel, civilian staff, contractors, and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest accommodations, ensuring all rooms meet established standards. Duties include:
- Making beds and changing linens
- Dusting and vacuuming
- Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom fixtures
- Reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in all areas.

2. Uphold the cleanliness of public spaces, including:
- Lobbies, corridors, and elevators
- Outdoor seating areas and parking lots
- Restrooms and employee break areas.

3. Laundry Duties:
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory of clean linens and report shortages.

Customer Service
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Ensure a positive experience for all patrons.

Qualifications
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation is essential. Candidates should be able to handle heavy equipment and understand the proper use of cleaning solutions. Physical stamina is required, as the role involves standing, bending, and lifting.

Work will be conducted both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to various cleaning agents and equipment. Adherence to safety protocols is mandatory.
