Certification Requirements
  • RN License

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, demonstrating a thorough understanding of growth and development stages from Pediatric to Geriatric.
  • Deliver direct patient care with a focus on safety and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Exhibit professional responsibility and adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Engage with patients and families in a respectful and supportive manner, fostering a collaborative care environment.
  • Utilize safe transfer techniques and uphold proper body mechanics.
  • Assess and educate patients regarding surgical procedures and post-operative care.
  • Evaluate pre-admission testing orders for relevance and completeness.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience is required.
  • Current RN License is mandatory.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are essential.

This role is essential in ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care during their treatment journey.
