Culinary Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at Costa Vida. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen, preparing workstations for cooking, and checking the quality of ingredients.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a cook or the aptitude to learn cooking skills, and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent teamwork and communication skills, as well as great organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Preparing workstations and equipment for cooking
• Checking the quality of ingredients
• Cooking food using various culinary techniques
• Arranging food and ensuring appealing presentation

Requirements:

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
• Prior experience as a cook or the aptitude to learn cooking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Great organizational skills

Compensation: $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience
