Position Overview:
As a key leader within the rehabilitation services team, the Rehabilitation Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing various programs and staff members. This role encompasses a wide range of supervisory duties aimed at enhancing productivity and ensuring high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff scheduling to optimize service delivery and productivity.
  • Facilitate professional development and training initiatives for team members.
  • Lead program and project management efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct annual evaluations of contingent staff within the rehabilitation service line.
  • Engage in business development and marketing strategies to promote rehabilitation services.

Consultative Role:
Provide expert consultation on significant initiatives that may span multiple departments and service lines, focusing on the integration of rehabilitation service programs and solutions.

Project Management:
Oversee rehabilitation service programs and projects, assessing their scope and impact on the organization. This includes:
  • Evaluating and researching new and existing programs and products.
  • Identifying workflow needs associated with designated rehabilitation service areas.

Clinical Responsibilities:
Deliver rehabilitation services as part of a collaborative team, which includes:
  • Patient and family education and orientation.
  • Conducting treatment procedures and interventions.
  • Providing training and educational sessions.

Document all aspects of patient care and planned progression to ensure comprehensive records.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or related disciplines. A valid State of Ohio licensure in the respective field is required.

Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is essential.
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Additional Information:
This position is categorized as regular full-time with a standard schedule of 40 hours per week, primarily during the first shift. All final candidates will undergo a background check, and a drug screening or physical may be required post-offer.
