Clinical Educator RN

The Clinical Educator plays a vital role in providing educational services to support the hospital's objectives, mission, and values. This position is responsible for developing and implementing education plans to enhance the skills of clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement education plans to support the hospital's objectives and mission
- Provide hands-on training to clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with Nursing Directors to provide educational services to staff
- Implement an effective training program to measure and improve the quality of care and treatment
Requirements:
- Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Minimum of 5 years acute care experience
- Minimum of 2 years previous educational experience preferred
