We are currently seeking a highly skilled Radiology Imaging Professional to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. in the beautiful state of Vermont.
This is a full-time and permanent position that offers a competitive salary, ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, taking radiographs, and providing exceptional patient care.
About the Role
- Operate and maintain various types of imaging equipment, including computed tomography (CT) scanners
- Take high-quality radiographs using digital imaging technology
- Assist patients with positioning and provide education on imaging procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- Certified as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography (CT)
- At least one year of experience working in a hospital setting, preferably with digital imaging and post-processing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to obtain VT licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
