The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor plays a vital role in the coordination of patient care and services at Life Care Centers of America.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care and services to ensure the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Assess patients' needs and develop plans of care that meet their individual requirements.
- Direct licensed staff and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in prioritizing patient care needs and reporting requirements.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- A minimum of two years' nursing experience, with geriatric nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation, with ongoing maintenance required.
- An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment, along with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
- A competitive salary estimated around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
