Key Responsibilities
- Business Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed information about processes, systems, and user needs.
- Process Analysis and Improvement
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Propose solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and align with strategic goals.
- Requirements Documentation
- Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive requirement documents, including functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Ensure requirements are well-defined, actionable, and understandable by technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Coordination
- Work with users, senior management, and technical teams to produce project charters, scope documents, and conceptual design charts.
- Coordinate pilot and rollout planning, user enhancement requests, and defect tracking for large scope projects.
Requirements
- Demonstratable Six Sigma Expert experience with a Black Belt Certification.
- Practical experience with Six Sigma concepts, including identifying areas of waste, process time, lead time, and areas for automation and elimination.
- C-level Presentation Experience.
- Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in systems supported.
- Experience in data and process modeling of business requirements and use of process modeling tools.
- Knowledge of the systems development life cycle.
- Exposure to client/server, web, and/or mobile development.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Demonstrated decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to successfully handle multiple large projects.
- Strong facilitation skills.
- Experience using software applications such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.
- Nice to have experience working with data analytics tools, reports, and dashboards.
