Position Summary:

This role is dedicated to enhancing the member service experience, starting from account initiation and extending through various lending and additional services provided by the credit union. Responsibilities include managing deposit services such as account openings, closures, and maintenance. The position also encompasses lending services, which involve processing loans, servicing accounts, and managing new account setups as designated. This includes interviewing applicants for loans, preparing necessary documentation for credit evaluations, and disbursing funds for approved loans. Services may be delivered either electronically or face-to-face. A key aspect of this role is to promote the credit union's offerings, ensuring it becomes the primary financial institution for members. In instances of inquiries or issues, this position is tasked with facilitating effective resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a comprehensive financial institution is advantageous
