Core Responsibilities:
  • Promptly address any guest feedback and concerns, informing the immediate supervisor and assisting in implementing corrective actions as necessary
  • Clean glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness in bars, work areas, and tables
  • Prepare fruit for snacks and drink garnishes
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in the work environment
  • Ensure all equipment is kept in safe, working order
  • Maintain heightened awareness of safety issues throughout the establishment
  • Stay informed about safety and emergency protocols and OSHA regulations
  • Comply with all operational standards, policies, procedures, manuals, training materials, memos, and verbal instructions
  • Participate in relevant meetings
Due to varying operational demands and the goal of exceeding customer expectations, it may be necessary to undertake additional tasks not specifically related to this role. Employees may be expected to perform other duties as assigned. Additionally, job responsibilities and descriptions are subject to review and modification.

Work Environment:
  • The typical noise level in the work setting is moderate
  • This position may require lifting up to fifty (50) pounds regularly; any weight exceeding fifty (50) pounds is considered a two-person lift
  • The individual in this role may need to sit for one (1) hour, and stand, walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach, and stretch for up to eight (8) hours daily
