About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our team at LifeStance Health. As a Psychologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental healthcare services to children and adolescents in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and testing to identify developmental disabilities, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and other complex psychological conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and therapists, to provide interdisciplinary care.
  • Provide feedback sessions and clarify diagnoses to ensure accurate and effective treatment.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
  • Fully licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts.
  • Board eligible or board certified.
  • Comfortable working with children and adolescent populations.
