We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Representative to join our team at INEOS Oxide. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing human resources policies, programs, and practices for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement human resources policies, programs, and practices for INEOS Oxide
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and programs regarding hiring, employee relations, orientations, benefits, rewards, and community relations
- Communicate policies and procedures for the Human Resources Department and recommend strategies and practices to management
- Counsel and support leadership and employees
- Develop and manage wellness programs for INEOS Oxide Plaquemine Site
- Prepare and/or maintain special internal and external reports regarding salary, employee demographics, FTEs, etc.
- Provide payroll support, including processing bi-weekly payroll and providing necessary reports to Finance and colleagues
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Human Resources; equivalent, relevant experience, or combination of education and experience
- PHR and/or SHRM-CP Certification preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong computer skills with exceptional Microsoft Office experience
- HR Information System experience, preferably Ceridian HPW and Workday
- Extensive knowledge of COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, ADA, and related state & federal regulations
This job is performed mainly in a temperature-controlled office environment. The employee must have the ability to see written documents, computer screens, and to adjust focus. Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and to make discriminations in sound.

- I-9 Completion and Submission ≤ 72 hours of hire date
- 100% employee participation during Open Enrollment
- No out-of-date HR policies on OD
- All changes in company benefits and plant policies communicated to the site employees
- HR activities implemented according to INEOS' guidelines and programs
- Responsiveness to employee and leader issues
- Timeliness of response and implementation of policy and procedure within budget guidelines
- HR Departmental budget guidelines at or below set annual target
- 100% ISO Compliance
- SHE Performance: Zero incidents
- Departmental Goals & Objectives ≥ 99%
- 100% compliance: EPA, GMP, DOT, OSHA
- Meet all departmental annual training and progression goals: individual and direct/indirect reports as defined in annual performance assessment / previously listed in individual annual goals
