Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Green Bay Health Services. As a member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, working under the supervision of our experienced Nurse Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisors
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Successful completion of approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
  • Able to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, and other center staff
  • Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about, working with long-term care residents and the elderly
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Meets all health requirements, as required by law
