What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a Shift Manager with previous management or leadership experience, customer service skills, and the ability to deliver an uncommon experience to our guests and team members. You'll lead the restaurant with a culture of food safety, recognize team members for a job well-done, and delegate responsibilities to your team. You'll also own open, mid, or close routines for your shift and set the next shift up for success.
Requirements:
To be successful as a Shift Manager at Noodles & Company, you'll need to be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds. You'll also need to be available to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts, and be at least 18 years old.
