Aidoc is looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to focus on championing customer success in the Western United States.

About This Opportunity

This role requires a strong understanding of our customers' business objectives and the ability to identify and articulate how our AI enterprise solutions support their strategic goals. You will work closely with engineering, operations, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the customer's advocate: Proactively manage relationships, identify key stakeholders, and ensure positive experiences.
  • Liaise between customers and internal teams: Collaborate with technical teams for smooth onboarding and drive product enhancements.
  • Drive value demonstration: Perform data analysis, initiate research initiatives, and present insights to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree** in science, engineering, or quantitative field; Master's preferred
  • 2-3 years' experience in Customer Success, analytics, project management, or similar roles
  • Previous experience in SaaS high-tech/startup companies with an agile mentality is advantageous
  • Data analytics experience is beneficial
  • Experience working with medical imaging and radiologists is advantageous
  • Research background is valuable

Compensation

  • $130,000 - $160,000 annual salary**, depending on experience
