Competitive CompensationThe starting salary for this position ranges from $17.75 to $21.53/hour, depending on factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, and market considerations.
Job SummaryThe Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our skilled nursing facility and common areas. This includes cleaning rooms, corridors, and public spaces, as well as restocking supplies and reporting any maintenance issues.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school education or vocational training
- Experience in housekeeping activities and the use of supplies
In addition, all new hires are required to pass Eskaton's post-offer, pre-employment testing, which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test, and health screen. All new hires are also required to sign an arbitration agreement as a condition of employment.
