Your Responsibilities:

  • Visually inspect all plates before delivery, ensuring portion sizes, presentation, and adherence to guest specifications.
  • Take charge of all aspects of food delivery, including setup and stocking of products for each shift, maintaining backup storage, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the service area, equipment, utensils, and tools.
  • Organize and deliver dishes to guests efficiently.
  • Handle challenging situations and guest complaints using the AIM approach: Apologize, Investigate, and Involve Management.
