Hollis-Brookline School District School Administrative Unit #41 is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform indoor and outdoor general maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements as needed
- Conduct custodial work, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, floors, and equipment
- Operate and maintain various equipment and machinery, including snow blowers and lawn mowers
- Assist with special events and projects as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
