Role Overview:

The OR registered nurse will be tasked with delivering care to surgical patients with diverse medical requirements. This position entails evaluating patient conditions, devising and executing nursing care plans, and guiding new Clinical RNs within the unit. Responsibilities also encompass collaboration in interdisciplinary teams, conducting program assessments, engaging in research, and participating in educational initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Missouri RN license, BCLS certification, and ideally a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited nursing program
  • Active Missouri RN license
  • Valid BCLS certification
  • Radiology certification or training if tasked with radiologic duties
Desirable Attributes:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • RN Specialty Certification
