We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tower Foreman to join our team at BHI. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communication towers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of tower crew members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Coordinate with project managers to plan and execute tower installations, maintenance, and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and safety standards
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality work
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tower construction or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to pass BHI's competent climber and tower rescue training
  • Ability to provide own hand tools
  • Must be located in Utah
