We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care to our residents at the Richmond Healthcare & Rehab Center.
This is a part-time evening shift position, working from 2pm to 10pm.
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $30,000 and $40,000 based on experience and location in Richmond, KS.
About the RoleAs a CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene support.
- Promptly responding to resident call lights and addressing their needs in a timely manner.
- Preparing residents for therapy sessions, activities, and appointments.
- Following infection control procedures and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Documenting and charting care for each resident.
You will work closely with our team of nursing professionals, including Charge Nurses, RN Supervisors, Directors of Nursing, and Administrators, who will provide guidance and support to ensure your success in this role.
Requirements and QualificationsTo qualify for this position, you must have:
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- A caring and loving personality and demeanor.
- The ability to work your scheduled shift, which includes evenings and potentially some weekends.
- The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
