Location: Various locations in Texas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from start to finish.
  • Establish project objectives, budgets, and timelines while leading the design team through all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Track project development, troubleshoot challenges, and apply necessary corrective measures to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of professionals, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Build and maintain robust client relationships by understanding their requirements and aligning project outcomes with their expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the project.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering their technical and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering with a focus on treatment from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience for Project Manager roles and 8+ years for Senior Project Manager roles in water and wastewater treatment design.
  • Demonstrated success in managing or leading treatment projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies, equipment, and treatment advancements.
