Core Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the creation of proposals, qualifications statements, and presentations that adhere to brand standards.
  • Perform market analysis to generate insightful content on industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Guide interdisciplinary teams in crafting communication strategies and professional outputs.
  • Execute quality control measures on proposals to guarantee compliance and precision.
  • Assist in client engagement initiatives related to proposals.
  • Oversee proposal schedules and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Maintain organized proposal content repositories for easy access and customization.
  • Assess and enhance proposal development methodologies and tools.
  • Contribute to client acquisition and retention strategies by updating relevant records.
  • Mentor junior staff and foster their professional development.
  • Carry out various assigned tasks.
  • Non-billable activities encompass meetings, community engagement, innovation time, and training.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or graphic design.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Adobe software.
  • Advanced skills in design software: Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding project management capabilities.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance are required.

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to stand, walk, and sit.
  • Occasional visits to project locations may be necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting with bending and reaching.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient for operating a computer keyboard and calculator.
  • Noise levels typical of a standard office environment.
