About the JobThis is a part-time, night shift position that requires the individual to be competent in caring for patients of all ages, from infants to geriatric populations. The successful candidate will perform prescribed therapeutic and diagnostic procedures within their scope of practice, adhering to regulatory standards, clinical practice guidelines, and hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Safely assemble, operate, and troubleshoot therapeutic and diagnostic equipment required for patient care, including gas administration devices, mechanical ventilators, and laboratory equipment.
- Provide high-quality respiratory care services, including bronchopulmonary hygiene, hyperinflation therapy, and airway management.
- Conduct educational sessions with patients on disease-specific processes, tobacco cessation, and respiratory care services provided.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive plans of care, evaluate patient progress, and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.

Requirements:- A graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program and a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Licensed to render respiratory care services in the respective states of practice, Ohio and/or Michigan.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications recommended.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
