Sky Ranches Inc is a leading organization in the field of camping and Christian ministry, seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the Graduate Ministry Associate role. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals to combine their education with practical ministry experience.
Job DescriptionThe Graduate Ministry Associate will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of camp operations, including working within the Outdoor Education department, teaching classes, and supporting fundraising events. Additionally, they will participate in monthly community groups and quarterly meetings with the Fellowship/Masters Manager.
Responsibilities- Assist in outdoor education programs, teach classes, and support fundraising events.
- Participate in monthly community groups and quarterly meetings with the Fellowship/Masters Manager.
- Support summer camps at various locations, including day camps, summer camps, and retreats.
- Maintain D.B.U. satisfactory academic standards during the duration of the program.
- Maintain compliance with Sky Ranches Inc employee policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- In-depth understanding of the field of camping and/or Christian ministry preferred.
- Possess personal spiritual discipline and leadership skills necessary to influence people.
- Ability to effectively communicate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with complex situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
