About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Gables Search Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative high-speed material handling equipment and precision alignment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Lead the design and development of custom high-speed material handling equipment, including precision instrumentation and alignment systems.
  • Project Management: Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications and codes.
  • Technology Integration: Integrate new technologies into equipment and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Perform continuous improvement activities to optimize equipment performance and reduce costs.
  • Process Development: Develop, document, and follow production processes to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
