Job Overview:
A key member of our team, the Residential Operations Manager, will oversee daily operations at one of our residential facilities. This position is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of facility management are carried out efficiently and effectively.

About the Role:
This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess a strong understanding of the needs of our residents. We offer a competitive salary of $20.60 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, and paid time off. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations at the facility, including maintenance, housekeeping, and food services
- Supervise staff on shift, making disciplinary recommendations as needed
- Coordinate recreational activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for residents
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse to schedule medical appointments and ensure proper medication administration
- Meet with the Dietician monthly to review nutritional plans and ensure resident satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records, including consumer data, inventory, and vehicle logs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, plus one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license required
