As a Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the physician and preceptor to develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care for patients.
- Conduct ongoing systematic assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs.
- Develop and implement a nursing care plan that addresses patients' needs and promotes their recovery.
- Participate in the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in patients' medical records.
- Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
- Valid State RN License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
- Flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.
