Position Title: Test Engineer

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $35-$36/hour

As a Test Engineer at BCForward, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and develop and execute test plans to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure software products meet quality and reliability standards
  • Identify and report defects to development teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve product quality
  • Develop and maintain test scripts and automation frameworks
  • Conduct regular testing and quality assurance activities to ensure product quality

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in software testing
  • Experience with Mainframe testing
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
