About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Propel Autism. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to children with Autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to promote positive behavioral change.
  • Manage a caseload of clients and provide regular progress updates to families.
  • Supervise and support junior staff members to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and empower families through parent training.
  • Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirements.

Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Valid BCBA Certification.
  • Applicable license to practice within Georgia.
  • 1+ years of experience as a BCBA.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
