Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living. As a resident-centered Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents in all aspects of daily living.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide person-centered care to ensure the needs of our residents are met.
- Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.
- Competitive hourly rate up to $49, depending on experience.
- 30 hours/week in an outpatient setting, all weekday daytime hours.
- Opportunity to follow residents throughout their care.

- Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.
- Experience and ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
- Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
