WORK LOCATIONS:

Opportunities are available in various locations across Oregon.

POSITION DETAILS:

  • Conduct surveys to monitor spawning grounds and gather biological data on salmonids.
  • Ensure data integrity for scientific applications in managing coastal salmon populations.
  • Engage in training sessions to develop your professional skills.
  • Work autonomously in remote settings under diverse weather conditions.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Adapt to changing work schedules based on project requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for candidates with experience in identifying adult salmonids, operating river vessels, conducting biological surveys, and effective communication skills. Preference will be given to those with a degree in Fisheries or Wildlife Science.
