Responsibilities:

The Department of History within the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at DePaul University invites applications for part-time faculty in Chinese History, African American History, Environmental History, or the History of Sports. While part-time teaching opportunities are currently limited, applicants with expertise in these areas will be contacted for interviews. Although course assignments are not guaranteed, the Department strives to provide timely notifications regarding available courses and potential cancellations.

Required Qualifications:

A PhD in History or a related field is preferred; ABD status in a PhD program will be considered.

Experience in online teaching is advantageous.

The candidate must demonstrate experience in teaching within a diverse learning environment.
