We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neurology Telemetry team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a Neurology Telemetry RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to a diverse range of patients with various medical and psychosocial needs.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with neurological and medical conditions, including stroke, brain and spinal injuries, and post-neurological surgeries.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry data, and respond to any changes or abnormalities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient information and progress in the electronic medical record.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Within 90 days of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Within 90 days of hire: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course.
- 1-year Nursing experience.
