We're seeking a talented Design Studio Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design studio, you'll play a crucial role in inspiring customers to express themselves in their home.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize your design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations, driving store sales and promoting continued customer engagement.
  • Perform productive in-home consultations, accurately measuring and assessing clients' living spaces.
  • Create and present design plans based on clients' needs, style, preferences, and living space.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve and exceed established sales and productivity goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including gift wrapping, gift registry, and special services.
  • Demonstrate superior product knowledge, including features and benefits of our design studio assortment.
Requirements
  • Strong communication, clienteling, and customer follow-up skills.
  • Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders within various sales channels.
  • Experience in working with design elements preferred.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience, with specialty retail experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements

Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
