Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

  • Administer medications as per established protocols for each resident.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in residents' living spaces.
  • Engage residents in activities that promote their well-being and social interaction.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or working with the elderly is advantageous.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Must pass a skills assessment with a minimum score of 85.
  • Desire to work with the geriatric population is essential.
