Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in residents' living spaces.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or working with the elderly is advantageous.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Must pass a skills assessment with a minimum score of 85.
- Desire to work with the geriatric population is essential.
