Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or private club.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and improving kitchen efficiency.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on presentation and quality.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
