Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Continuing Healthcare Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department, ensuring that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the maintenance of our facility, including repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects.
  • Supervise and manage the Laundry/Housekeeping Departments, ensuring that they are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with facility administrators to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
  • Proven track record of success in coordinating and overseeing maintenance operations, including repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire maintenance staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with facility administrators, staff, and residents.
  • Knowledge of maintenance practices, procedures, and regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA.
