Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse in our Medical/Telemetry Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care to our senior residents. Our commitment at Birmingham Green is to foster a nurturing environment that prioritizes the holistic well-being of each individual.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with night shifts from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, including a new weekend differential rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Medication Aides.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident activities through Point Click Care (PCC), ADL Flow sheets, and Restorative Sheets as per facility guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Current Adult CPR and First Aid certification.
- Availability to work weekends is essential.
- Experience working with the senior population is preferred.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) is advantageous.
- A genuine desire to serve and care for the elderly community.
