Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist Part Time to join our team at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing care for patients requiring Nuclear Cardiology procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment utilized to measure radiation, produce images, quantify physiologic responses, and relay images and measurements to the physician for interpretation.
- Employ practices and techniques to ensure the safe handling of radioactive materials, especially when dosing patients with radiopharmaceuticals as prescribed and authorized by the responsible licensed physician.
- Provide care for patients requiring Nuclear Cardiology procedures.
Requirements
- State of Florida Registered as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine program
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (N), or Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB)
