As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a critical role in our team, working closely with patients to diagnose and treat psychological disorders.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Diagnose and treat psychological disorders using evidence-based methods
  • Teach communication skills and guide patients through crises
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient notes and treatment plans

Requirements:
To succeed as a Mental Health Therapist, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
  • Current licensure as a LAC, LSW, LPC, or LCSW
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
