Key Responsibilities:

Educational Requirements:
- An Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing program or a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required, with completion expected within four years of hire if applicable.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of experience in healthcare, preferably in acute care settings, along with one year of experience in ambulatory care, triage, or medical office environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in specialty nursing areas such as Oncology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Endoscopy, or OB/GYN is highly desirable.
Licensure and Certification:
- Current RN licensure from the California Board of Registered Nursing and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association are mandatory.
- Proficiency in Epic systems must be achieved within 90 days of employment.
Core Competencies:
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Exceptional communication and motivational skills, particularly in guiding patients through treatment processes.
- Leadership abilities to direct and support clinical staff effectively.
- Strong sensitivity to patient needs and the capability to facilitate effective communication.
- Proven ability to function as a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to manage interactions with diverse individuals in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong customer service, time management, and organizational capabilities.
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts from 08:00 to 17:30, with no waiver options available.
Compensation:
Hourly rate of $93.95, based on relevant experience and licensure. Note: Positions classified as exempt under the managerial level are listed hourly for compensation purposes.Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week.
