Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care to patients, taking the time to listen, learn, and address the factors that impact their well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our integrated care teams, including physicians, nurses, behavioral health specialists, and more, to deliver compassionate and effective care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to ensure the highest quality care for our patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and experiences.

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted state license to practice medicine.
  • Board certification in a relevant medical specialty.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
