Responsibilities
  • Provide direct personal care and services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, walking, and using the bathroom
  • Work collaboratively with licensed nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
Requirements
  • Certified as a nursing assistant in the State of South Dakota required
  • Medication Aide Certification required
  • High School diploma or GED required
