Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care for patients with pelvic health conditions and lymphedema across both pediatric and adult populations. This full-time position will focus on providing personalized, patient-centered care through 60-minute one-on-one treatment sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Evaluation and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide evidence-based treatments for pelvic health and lymphedema conditions in both pediatric and adult populations.
- Mentorship and Education: Provide supervision and education to graduate Physical Therapy students and clinical fellows/residents, contributing to the development of innovative care programs.
- Clinical Collaboration: Regularly assess diagnostic and therapeutic test results to modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients. Facilitate communication among interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care.
- Community Involvement: Serve as a clinical resource and participate in outreach initiatives that focus on underserved populations. Engage with community programs such as our food bank and advocacy committees to promote health and wellness.
- Quality Improvement: Maintain detailed patient records and participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
