Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to work in our LTC facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Current LPN license in Pennsylvania or a temporary work permit.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- COVID-19 vaccination preferred but not required.
- Previous nursing home experience a plus.
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $26.00.
- Night shift differential of $0.75.
- Salary range of $54,080.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) plan with employer matching.
- Continuing education credits and tuition reimbursement.
- Paid time off and paid sick time.
The successful candidate must be able to pass employment physicals and have good physical health and mental alertness to perform job functions and complete work assignments in a timely manner.
Dress Code:LanceSoft requires a professional and clean appearance. Uniforms are any colored scrubs, and shoes must be clean and in good repair. No open-toe sandals, large or dangling earrings, or necklaces are allowed.
