The average daily inpatient consults range from 5 to 10, along with necessary follow-ups. The call coverage is structured at approximately 2:4, supported by an Internal Medicine Hospitalist service to manage appropriate cases.
Attached to the hospital is a well-established outpatient practice with a history of 31 years, comprising 3 physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing ongoing care for patients.
This role will be part of a prominent health system, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment for the selected Neurology physician.
COMPENSATION PACKAGEMedChi offers a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A salary range aligned with MGMA standards.
- Malpractice coverage provided by the organization, including tail insurance.
- Comprehensive health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, along with retirement benefits.
- A total of 27 days off annually, plus an additional 5 days and $3,000 allocated for Continuing Medical Education (CME).
