Trail Runner Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Trail Runner Specialist to join our team at Getaway House Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the exterior spaces of our tiny cabins, ensuring they are always clean and well-staged for our guests.

As a Trail Runner Specialist, you will work closely with our Outpost team to prepare for shifts, load equipment, and ensure every cabin's outdoor space is perfectly set up for our guests. This includes cleaning and staging the lounge area, cleaning the cabin exteriors, and removing all trash.

You will also be expected to work collaboratively with your team, considering all points of view and sharing the same mission. This role requires someone who is willing to do any job needed, create and execute ideas to surprise and delight guests, and solve problems proactively in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

• Prepare for shifts by loading equipment and supplies
• Prep cabin interiors for cleaning by removing trash and restocking provisions
• Clean and stage outdoor spaces, including lounge areas and cabin exteriors
• Work collaboratively with the Outpost team to achieve shared goals
• Create and execute ideas to surprise and delight guests
• Solve problems proactively and efficiently

• Experience in a customer-facing industry
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and follow instructions
• Lover of the outdoors, happy to work in various weather conditions
• Able to lift moderate loads (75 pounds) and move freely in and around obstacles
