We are seeking full-time Certified Nursing Aides for ALL SHIFTS.Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize equipment safely and correctly while providing patient/resident care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols during patient/resident care.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient/resident conditions.
- Prioritize activities based on the current care needs of patients/residents.
- Maintain all necessary documentation in compliance with Federal and State regulations and Company policies.
- Perform all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Use safety equipment as required for the role; report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor.
- Rediscover your passion for work in a supportive family environment with excellent staff collaboration.
Qualifications:
- A valid CNA license and CPR certifications, or proof of imminent completion or renewal of these credentials.
- Previous experience in skilled nursing is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A caring team player with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization throughout daily responsibilities.
